Thanks to Reuben Lara's great 4 secrets to drawing in perspective like the pros video course I finally discovered how to make Smart Objects in Clip Studio paint. 🎉  

For those wondering, Smart Objects in Photoshop or Image Material Layers in Clip Studio Paint allow you to resize a layer up or down without loosing the original quality/resolution of the layer.

How to convert a layer to an Image Material Layer

1. Firstly you need to right click on the layer you want to convert.
   
   

2. And then you change the type to Image Material Layer.
